TThis is a 10,000 sft majestic villa that we designed with 9 bedrooms, 2 Living, 2 Dining, 2 Kitchen, 2 Pooja rooms, Study room & a Hometheatre for a joint family in Sedam, Karnataka. It was a challenge giving each space a unique identity where 3 generations were going to reside together through age and personality appropriate designs. Since the villa is located in a small town place, it was designed to meet the aspirations for luxury and comfort of the urban areas.
The Living is a spacious area which can host 10-12 persons seating and an elaborate stylish tv unit with marble backdrop. The Dining area houses a 10 seater bespoke dining table with mirror ceiling and a modern chandelier. Kitchen has been carefully designed keeping in mind the nature of use with ample storage along the walls and a pullout table on one side that can be used for chopping while seating. Each bedroom has been designed to sync with the personalities of the people occupying it and amplify their experience.
